This is where all the planning of a product takes place. From artwork design, to the style of the carton, everything is planned and checked at this stage before going to press.
This can be offset printing or done digitally.
This is where you design is printed on to paper, board or corrugated.
Litho-lamination is a process where a two or more substrates are glued together. In our opinion gives a far higher quality finish, and a carton of greater strength compared to printing straight onto corrugated, (Flexo).
Die cutting is where the chosen design of carton is cut out of the printed or non printed substrate.
At this stage you can also emboss or de-boss onto the carton, as well as stripping away any parts of the carton i.e euro slots.
In this process, the carton which would be in its net design state, would be converted in to the product that you the client would receive to house your product.
We think this is an important stage, that often gets overlooked. Poor quality packaging of your cartons can often undo all the good work that has been done leading up to this stage. Ultimately meaning you the client receiving damaged, and not fit for purpose products.
